"Success for All" Vision

All students in the College Community School District will be equipped and empowered to function in our rapidly changing society.

A transformed school organization characterized by new program designs and delivery systems will be built upon three elements: proactive student assistance, personalization, and collaboration among parents, schools, and the community. Programs will be driven by outcomes of significance. Student demonstration of their academic abilities will be assessed through both traditional and nontraditional processes. Administrator and teacher accountability for success will parallel students' responsibility for these learning demonstrations.

New roles will distinguish the learning environment. All administrators will assume the role of instructional leader, accountable for a successful environment. All teachers will be directors and facilitators of learning in technologically rich environments. All school employees will maintain high standard for learning and will be focused upon demonstrable student success. Parents, community members, and other constituents will be active partners in the educational program. Lifelong educational experiences for all learners, regardless of age, will pervade the community.

Collaboration, trust, and positive relationships will enable the College Community School District to transform itself into a "Success For All" environment-one which positively impacts the quality of life of our communities, state, and nation.
