ABOUT PRAIRIE ONLINE FORMS

The College Community School Distirict uses a number of online forms. These forms appear similar to this page and take the information you submit and email it to the intended recipients. Upon successful submission of one of these forms, you will be redirected to a "Form Successfully Submitted" page. Previously, you were redirected to the PrairiePride.org home page following a successful submission.

If you are not redirected to the "success" page, then your form may not have gone through. There could be a number of reasons for this (an interruption of your Internet connection, for example) that may have nothing to do with the form itself. Also, it's good to keep in mind that careful entry of information in the form is important to making sure the system works. It's only as "smart" as the information it's given. Things to double-check before submitting forms:

• Did you use Internet Explorer (Windows) or Firefox (Macintosh)? As with all of Prairie's online tools, it is recommended that you use only Internet Explorer (Windows) or Firefox (Macintosh) and not Netscape or another browser when submitting Prairie's online forms. The majority of problems encountered with these forms stem from using a browser other than Internet Explorer or Firefox to submit information.
• Did you specify the correct building on your form? If you select the wrong building by accident on your form, it will be sent to the principal of the incorrect building who may or may not know who should have received it.
• Did you type in your full email address (e.g. "username@prairiepride.org") correctly where requested in the form? A typo or incomplete email address will make it more difficult for the form's recipient to contact you. The form takes your email address exactly as you typed it in.

If you have reached the "success" page then the information you submitted has been sent to:

• Request for Approval of Fund Raising Project - Principal of the school building/6-12 Activities Director as you specified on your form.
