Note to Staff
All
fund raising activities involving student participation must be approved
by the principal and superintendent prior to any outside salesperson
meeting with students to discuss said project. Contact with students,
by the promoter, to promote a project prior to approval will terminate
consideration of the request.
No
employee of the College Community School District may serve as the
agent for any project sponsored by a student group of the College
Community Schools.
All
Items purchased for fund raising projects must be purchased using
the normal business procedure of the school district, i.e., requisitions
to the Business Office. Purchase orders are issued only by the district
business office. No employee is to submit or sign an order.
