Prairie Crest Elementary, located on the south side of the 76th Avenue, is one of the three elementary schools in the College Community School District. The school building was remodeled in 1998. Currently, the school is serving K - 5 students with 3-4 sections of each grade and various support services. Like most of the other elementary students in the district, students take school buses to and from school. A before and after school care program is available in the same building.
