RAP (Reading As Partners)

RAP is the first grade literacy program that promotes reading strategies to be used at home. Children select books that are at his/her independent level. They read to or with the parents on a daily basis to strengthen/reinforce early reading skills. A log is kept by the parents and reviewed by the teachers.
