Common Area Behavior Expectation Posters

The purpose of the Common Area Behavior Expectation Posters is to establish school-wide behavior expectations and a teaching framework. Teachers teach these expectations in the beginning of the year and as needed throughout the year.

Person/s responsible: All staff members are responsible for implementing the program. Large posters are posted throughout the building in the common areas (playground entrance, cafeteria, restrooms, and hallways). Individual 8 1/2 x 11 posters are displayed in each of the classrooms and are discussed with the children throughout the school year. The school-wide Success 4 team, which consists of teachers, parents and support staff, meet regularly to monitor the effectiveness of the program and to make suggestions for improvement.
