Stress Relief Week
Tuesday, February 18 Thru Friday, February 21
We all experience stress in our lives. Our children do too. During the week of February 18-21, our teachers will spend some time helping our students manage stress better. From 9:10-9:30 school-wide students will participate in stress reducing activities. Some of the activities include yoga, coloring, dancing, deep breathing, and puzzle work. These are just a few examples of ways we can de-stress. Our goal is to teach children that although stress is a part of our lives, we can manage it and take better care of ourselves with these activities.
